You are the cheese in my macaroni.
When Jess and I moved to college together, the only things we owned were these 2 bowls, a pot, a ladle, a strainer and a measuring cup... all the essentials to make macaroni and cheese! We lived off mac & cheese and (per my mother) we always added corn to our concoction to get our daily serving of vegetables! We started our last semester of college today and because our time to consider Kraft Dinner a food group socially acceptable is running out, we made it for lunch today!! =)

Our beloved big bro
Jordan and I have entirely way too much fun together and my last night in Ft. Myers we celebrated our goodbye by dancing it up with the rich folks on 5th Avenue in Naples! It was one hell of a night but I am going to miss him! Jordan is my roommate's brother and we have adopted him as our big brother (and a best friend!) as well! For the past 4 years, we have had a lot of fabulous times with him... He graduated in December and because he is a Rockstar, he got an awesome job with Suntrust in Sarasota working in finance (he even has employees under him!) We are so proud of him and excited for him to enter the real world but we will dearly miss our beloved big bro!!

Honest to Blog!
December was a very crazy month that flew by way too fast and left little time for blogging! Formals, finals, flights, family and friends! My camera that I have carried everywhere for 2 years, have taken over 5000 pictures with (2000 of which are from backpacking Europe last summer!), and was vital in capturing blog material, broke over Thanksgiving break and left me having to commit the past month to memory single-handedly. But over winter break, I invested in a new camera (which I am thoroughly enjoying... especially the new color accent setting) and have taken hundreds of pix with already!! This last semester of college (which started on Monday) is going to be full of memory-making opportunities that I'm already excited to blog about!!
