Grams - I know a place that you should seriously consider spending your retirement next winter. It is their summer when it is your winter so it is guaranteed escape from the below freezing temperatures and has no snow, ever.. The people here eat vegemite, the men are gorgeous and this country that is also a continent rhymes with rahstralia. Think about it.
